We provide individual and team coaching, advising, mentoring, training, and consulting on a sliding scale, balancing the level of guidance from Global Performance Coaching with the implementation efforts of the client.  Global Village Performance Coaching facilitates client self-determined and self-directed problem solving leading to long-term, sustainable results.  Consulting services are on the other end of the spectrum and rely more on client facilitation, with Global Village Performance Coaching creating and implementing targeted solutions.
