What to Expect from Life, Motivational, and Executive / Professional Coaching?
As a professional pursuing an academic certificate in Executive and Professional Coaching from the University of Texas at Dallas, and as a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the ICF-North Texas chapter, I am committed to upholding ICF competencies and ethical standards. Aspiring to achieve ICF-certified coach credentials by August 2025, I employ the Socratic method of inquiry to support clients in self-determined and self-directed problem-solving.
The coaching sessions can have the feel of therapy, but they are laser focused on your present situation and most importantly on helping you design a path towards your preferred destination.
